Dashboard Overview
The Sokobuni admin panel is built on Medusa's admin UI. This tour covers every major section so you know where to find things.
The left sidebar
The sidebar is your primary navigation. Here's what each item does:

| Price Lists | Special pricing for specific customer groups |
| Inventory | Stock levels, SKUs, reservations |
| Regions | Shipping zones, tax rates, currency settings |
| API Keys | Publishable and secret keys for integrations |
| Settings | Store details, team members, notifications |
The top bar
The top bar shows:
- Search (⌘K / Ctrl+K) — quickly jump to any order, product, or customer
- Notifications (bell icon) — new orders, low stock alerts, system messages
- Your avatar — access your profile, logout
Dashboard widgets
The dashboard home shows the last 7 days by default. Use the date picker (top right of each chart) to change the time range.
Revenue — total gross sales for the selected period, compared to the previous period.
Orders — count of new orders placed, with a breakdown by status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered).
Conversion — if Algolia search is enabled, you'll see search-to-purchase conversion.
Recent orders — the 10 most recent orders with customer name, total, and status badge.
Your admin URL
Your admin panel is hosted at the URL configured during store setup — typically something like admin.yourdomain.com. Bookmark this URL; it's your primary entry point for all store management.
Your storefront and admin panel run at separate URLs. Changes made in the admin panel (e.g. publishing a product) appear on the storefront within seconds.
Custom admin pages
Your store may include custom admin pages for platform-specific features — such as demo data management or store configuration. These appear as additional items in the sidebar if your platform administrator has set them up.
